1. What services do you offer?
We offer a variety of cleaning services for residential homes, including, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, holiday cleaning/preparation, event clean-up/preparation. Custom cleaning plans are available upon request.

2. Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
During booking you have the option to switch from our normal cleaning products (Lysol, Mr. Clean, Wieman) to eco-friendly products (Method & 7th Generation). There will be an eco-friendly charge added to the invoice.

3. How do I schedule a cleaning service?
You can schedule a cleaning service by calling us directly, visiting our website, or emailing us at kayla@cleanserenehousekeeping.com
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for larger jobs or deep cleans.

4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. If you prefer to provide a key or code for entry, we will keep it safe and confidential.
If you’d rather be present, that’s perfectly fine too!

5. How long does a typical cleaning take?
The time required for cleaning depends on the size of your space and the scope of the work. On average, a standard residential cleaning takes 2–4 hours, while deep cleans or larger homes may take longer.

6. How do I pay for the service?
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, Google & Apple Pay.

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that things come up! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens & emergencies happen at the last minute. We get it. Your first cancellation made within less than 24 hours' notice will be forgiven. Any last-minute cancellations made after that you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This ensures that our cleaners are not losing pay as our time slots are scheduled in advance.

8. What time does your team arrive?
When booking with us we will give you a 1-2 hour window of when you should expect your cleaner. We do our best to accommodate each client's schedule and needs for each appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot fully anticipate how long each scheduled cleaning will last.
9. Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and have undergone thorough background checks for your peace of mind.

10. Are you a registered business in Pennsylvania?
Yes, Clean & Serene Housekeeping is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Pennsylvania.

11. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have any specific products or equipment, you'd like us to use, we are happy to accommodate. Please let us know at time of booking so we can adjust pricing.

12. What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?
To help us clean efficiently, we ask that you please find a safe place for any valuable, personal belongings. While we clean, we will do basic tidying, however we ask that you clear any big clutter (toys/laundry) that would prevent our cleaners from efficiently cleaning. If you have pets, we ask that you find a place for your pets to keep them comfortable while we clean.

13. What cleaning isn't included in the service?
We want to ensure that all of your belongings are in the right place, which is why organizational tasks will be left to the client, unless requested otherwise. Tasks such as folding & putting away laundry, cleaning up toys, unloading dishwashers (we will wash & load if requested!).

14. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. Recurring clients benefit from discounted rates and priority scheduling.

15. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return same day to address the issue free of charge. We are a new business always looking for ways to improve & grow, we highly encourage all feedback, good or bad. 16. Can I customize my cleaning plan?
Absolutely! We understand that every home & family has unique needs. We can create a customized cleaning plan based on your specific requirements and preferences.

17. Do you clean before and after parties or special events?
Yes, we offer cleanings in preparation for special events as well after-event cleaning services to help you get your space back in order after parties, weddings, or other gatherings.​

18. Do you offer holiday cleanings?
Yes, we offer before and after holiday cleanings. Whether you need us to give your house a reset before your holiday gatherings or deal with the clean up afterwards, we got you covered!

18. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
